The internship in a nutshell

As an intern, you assist the Workforce, Change & Communication team in managing and analysing workforce-related data. The role includes structuring and updating datasets in Excel, improving data quality and consistency, and helping deliver clear and accurate workforce reports. Your contribution supports better insights and decision‑making across the Corporate Office, and thus the whole Technology department.

We are looking for

• Varied work where you get to know the bank’s activities.
• A 2nd or 3rd year Bachelor student or a Master student.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good understanding of the other language.
• Studying a relevant field, such as data analytics, business analytics, economics, applied mathematics, or a related discipline.
