As Quality & Improvement Manager, you report to the product owner of Hey Belfius.
Together, you form a tandem.

• You identify the improvement potential and monitor the implementation. The product owner supports you in this at all times.
• You analyze the reporting and monitoring data of Hey Belfius and detect where answers, content, or flows are lacking
• You translate your findings into concrete, prioritized improvement proposals with a clear customer impact.
• You align priorities and impact with the customer journey owner of Hey Belfius.
• You collaborate with the content owners of the various domains to improve and supplement content.
• You involve the AI Lab Hey Belfius when an improvement requires development work, and you monitor the realization up to production.
• You measure the effect of each improvement and make adjustments where necessary.
